The following is a brief summary of some of the key components of the new Medicare Incentive Payment System/Alternative Payment Model program that will begin taking effect on January 1, 2017. On November 14th, HBMA Director of Government Affairs, Bill Finerfrock, will be doing a kick-off webinar highlighting some of the key components of the new MIPS program.
